We take all of that seriously.

What we do not do is ignore the balance sheet. $125 billion in long-term debt, $23.7 billion of negative free cash flow, a BBB- credit rating one notch from junk, and a planned $20 billion equity dilution programme are not academic concerns — they are the financial structure within which every unit of growth Oracle generates has to operate.
